A comprehensive checklist of the mandatory documents, identification records, and official certificates required to securely complete your child’s admission process.
Documents Required
Please ensure you have the following documents ready for verification and submission to complete your child’s enrollment seamlessly.
Birth Certificate
Official government-issued birth certificate of the student for exact age verification.
Transfer Certificate
Original TC from the previous school (countersigned by the respective board if from out of state).
Aadhar Cards
Clear photocopies of the Aadhar cards for the student as well as both parents.
Photographs
5 recent passport-size color photographs of the student and 2 of each parent/guardian.
Academic Records
Report cards or mark sheets from the previous two academic years (if applicable).
Community Certificate
Valid community/caste certificate issued by the competent government authority.
Medical Record
Medical fitness certificate and vaccination record including blood group details.
Migration Certificate
Required only for students migrating from international schools or other state boards.
Important Instructions
Please bring Original Documents to the school office for physical verification during the interaction process. Originals (except TC and Migration) will be returned immediately. All submitted photocopies must be self-attested by the parents.
