What are the daily school timings?

For Grade 1 to Grade 10, the regular school timings are from 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM.

For Kindergarten (Pre-KG, LKG, UKG), the timings are half-day from 8:45 AM to 12:30 PM to ensure young minds remain refreshed and engaged.

What is the school’s language policy?

We strictly follow the 3-Language Formula mandated by CBSE, with English as the primary medium of instruction, followed by Tamil and Hindi.

Additionally, to support diverse linguistic and cultural learning, we offer Arabic and Urdu as optional extra languages.

What is the exact age criteria for admission?

As per the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and Government directives, age is calculated as of 1st June of the academic year. The child must complete 3 years for Pre-KG, 4 years for LKG, and 6 years for Grade 1.

Is a Transfer Certificate (TC) strictly mandatory?

No, a TC is not immediately mandatory. In strict accordance with government regulations, no child will be denied admission due to the temporary lack of a Transfer Certificate. Provisional admission is granted, and official documents can be submitted in due course.

Does the school charge any capitation fee or donation?

Strictly No. In absolute compliance with CBSE affiliation bye-laws and government norms, MMES Public School does not charge any capitation fee, donation, or unauthorized voluntary contributions.

How is the fee structure determined?

Our fee structure is transparent, reasonable, and strictly non-profiteering. It is finalized in consultation with the School Management Committee (SMC) and strictly adheres to the norms and guidelines prescribed by CBSE and the Government.

What is the selection process for students?

Admissions for pre-primary levels are based solely on general parent interactions. For higher grades, a foundational assessment is conducted simply to understand the child’s current academic level, ensuring a fair and deeply inclusive process.
